Each content download is designated for a specific xbox, so its impossible (as far as I know) to use it on another.

ok, maybe i'm just a newb, or retarded, but wtf is a OXM disc, and how do i get one?  Also where is it i can get the eeproms?

actually, i've copied all sorts of content from one xbox to another, and they always have worked in-game for me. i don't see what the big deal is, you just gotta make sure to copy both folders: edata and udata. i didn't even have a live account on one of the xboxes and it showed up in crimson skies and ninja gaiden.
