I turn on my xbox and it loads to the regular dashboard. No os or anything. I tried hitting the white button. I can see the light from the mod-chip, though.

Anyway, I guess when wodstik was asking for more info: what mod do you have? Also did you mod your xbox yourself? Most likely, if you did mod it yourself, be sure to double-check that everything is installed correctly.

I have an xenium. The light on the mod-chip is on, but the xbox shows no signs of being modded. It just loads to the ms dashboard.

this is soo confusing. If i turn the chip around the other way, then the light doesnt come on, but the d0 is detected. I dont understand sad.gif

What color is the light...red?  If you push down on the chip does the light get brighter?  that last pin on a V1.0 is a pain in the balls.

I have verson 1.0. I turned the mod-chip around the wrong way twice. Hopefully i didnt kill my chip. sad.gif I did not prepare the d0 point by cleaning it with alcohol. Does that even help? If so, exactly how do i go about cleaning it with alcohol? I know that i am having a d0 problem because my chip lights up, but the ms dash boots up.
