Either the bios is screwed or the LPC solderjob is screwed

If its a pogo pin mod, its not aligned right.

well its an x2.2lite, so assuming it was a solder-mod, how wuold I go about fixing it? and assuming it was a pogo-pin mod, how would I go about fixing it? Also I should mention that all this is happening with the modchip being enabled AND disabled the same thing happens and the box is a v1.0. Also when I turn the box on with modchip enabled, the modchip LED does come on, and of course when the modchip is disabled the mod LED is off, so wouldnt that mean the chip is installed correctly?
