I got the answer.

open up your iso file with craxtion, there is a tool in there that will extract your iso file. From there you need to ftp the extracted contents of your iso (the files) to your xbox games folder, it should be in your e: just make a folder in that directory and stick the contents in there. This is no different than putting any other game on your hard drive.

I had downloaded the ISO file.
