i've read so much and still feel like i know nothing! tongue.gif

and i still feel like i can easily ask "the wrong questions" but whatever
i can't FORCE anyone to believe i've read a bunch despite my lack of knowledge

sall good though - and sorry again to anyone that i pissed off with my rant

i still hold my belief though that this thread is not very "inviting" to a newb wink.gif

chefelf is allowed to make posts like this because he helps more than his fair share of people smile.gif

Thanks, brahm2.  smile.gif

I feel the same way. smile.gif  The more you learn, the more you realize that you know nothing.

No problem.  I'm sorry if you were pissed off by my post.  I was simply trying to help people to write better newbie posts in a humorous way. smile.gif

No hard feelings. smile.gif

I agree.  This post gets my vote for one of the best posts of all time on X-S.  It's good to see it rise from the dead every once in a while.

Yeah well when I wrote this post originally I think KOTOR was the big offender.   Now, perhaps, I could add The Suffering, 007: EON and Splinter Cell 2 to the list.  wink.gif

Nah.  I'll leave that in the Backup Forum.  wink.gif

anyways, i just have a suggestion that i think kinda sums up all the other suggestions made by people

13) even if it was answered already in the faq, ask anyways

and another one that isnt on there (or that i missed)

14) ask questions that are not allowed by the rules
ex. ask where to download xbox games for free

Thanks guys! smile.gif

I hope no one is trulty pissed off by this post.  It's meant to help people write better posts so that ultimately we can help them out better.  It has a humorous and sarcastic slant to it just for fun, not to crticize "newbies".  God, I hate that term.

This thread just won't die. wink.gif
