I didnt read the whole thing (too long) but your having problems flashing right? Your cable is to long, however you can still use the ozflashing method to flash your pro, I suggest using that.

He isnt using a cable.  Can you go into more detail about what happens with the switches?  It shouldn't give you problems when the chip is set to disable.  And what happens when the chip is on?  Does it frag? (reboot 3x and flash reed/green eject light?)

If anything, this might be a problem with the chip install as opposed to a problem with the flashing.

NOTE: it sounds like the pogopins may be misaligned, but if so, it shouldn't give you a "needs service" problem.  And what is the error number of the need service problem.  We need as much info as possible.

Did you by chance tamper with any files on the hard drive in some way, or test the xbox before you put the chip in?  The error number would be located somewhere on the screen, not sure exactly where though.  Any problems when you have the chip set to disable shouldn't be trouble with the chip.  But just out of curiousity, what happens when you have all 4 switches set to off and the chip set to disable?

EDIT: just read that you said it is fragging.  Try realigning the lpc points, when it frags this is usually the problem.

It is sucessful if you will be presented with the teamxecuter flashbios screen, assuming you haven't reflashed the chip.  Once you are presented with the flashbios, your install is correct, and you can either flash via the parallel or as instructed in the flashbios link in my sig.

I am having a problem knowing if my pogo pins are alligned also. I think I have installed the pins correctly. So here's another question to add to the pile..................without the bios being flashed, when i boot up my xbox after installing chip, should it say MS or XECUTER2? cause mine says MS.

It will boot to the flashbios screen.  Contrary to popular beleif, the pro does come preflashed with the teamxecuter flashbios, a varient of the cromwell linux bios.

Yes.  Sounds like a misaligned d0 if it still boots the M$ bios.

Okay, now the blue led is working. When I boot up my XBOX the little flubber animation comes up and then the big "X". Nothing is underneath the X, usually it says MS. Am I doing this correctly? If so, whats the next step?

So what does it display now?  Does it go to the ms dashboard?  Elaborate a little more.

It just displays the X and then it goes to the screen with different languages.
