CDRW don't always boot the first time.  I remember way back when... when I was first starting out... *memories*... I had to boot Evox 5-10 times before it would actually boot up... keep trying.

It seems to have MUCH to do with the fact that Evox is not a very big file and the way that the DVD player reads discs....

Continuing from what I'm sure noobvin was saying....Xbox doesn't like reading inner tracks much on a DVD/CD whatever, so what you gotta do is stick some dummy files in there so the file you want it to read is towards the outside.
