Oh, you gave up...

Today ive had here a friends box with the same symptoms than yours.
After 2 hours of booting and getting a black or frozen screen ive switched the
Dvd drive and 3 minutes later the Xbox was finaly Tsop´ed.

The Dvd Drive sounds just like it could read my burned disc, but he doesnt.
After the TSOP flash ive cleaned the Laser Lens from the not working drive with
a mixture of cleaning alcohol and window cleaner. The lens was very greasy from
nicotine and other stuff. After cleaning the drive worked just like the first day.

Use quality DVD-R ´s for the Eurasia Flash Disc and the Bios Disc! Most drives dont like CD-RW

Can you fix the xbox360 or ps3? I am looking for someone who can fix them.

well some windbond chips are never able to be softmodded but i recommend 007 gamesave hack with eurasia and it has to be the right size bios since yours is 1.4 you will need a 256k bios

And again, he's unlikely to be still waiting after four months. He's even less likely to be waiting for incorrect information - you can softmod all Xboxes (even ones with Winbond chips), and you can flash Winbond chips as well, and Eurasia isn't the only option.
