tsop chip transfer. is it possible?

i have 2 xbox's exactly the same exept the one has an empty tsop and the other is working great.

my question is: can you transfer the tsop chip from 1 xbox to the other?
or will that kill it?

yes, if they're the same motherboard version.
You already bought a DuoX2 chip though, why bother?

Doing the TSOP swap requires significantly more skill than installing a chip on the motherboard LPC and you're more likely to kill the console attempting to replace the TSOP.

Why don't you use the modchip to resurrect the xbox with the empty TSOP and you could have 2 working xboxs?
