Personally, I'd leave the TSOP alone and get a low-end modchip.

the way i did my softmod was with Shademans Easy Made Soft Mod... i simply did a HDD Hotswap, and backed up my C And E Drives.. I Then Used the Shademans Easy Made Softmod to Replace all the files on the C Drive and e drive.. i then got it to boot to the EvoX Dash... .. i then used the Euraisa flash disc to flash my TSOP....

But Like Caster Said you have all the steps right.. u just need a way to boot the the required programs to flash the TSOP...

Good Luck..

Well I ended up having no trouble at all.

Used UXE to get evox going.

Soldered the 2 points (Cake!)

Popped in Autoinstaller - Flashed TSOP

Added a new HDD 80gb... Full Autoinstaller

Up and running.   Thanks for the help guys.
