Splinter Cell Tsop Flashing
« on: August 01, 2006, 02:28:00 PM »

Just wondering if loading the Splinter Cell exploit without first bridging the mainboard jumpers will cause the Xbox to display an Error 21 screen?

I looked up the error codes and it says that Error 21 shows up because the .xbe told it to do so...

Thanks.

21 usually means (when using gamesave exploits anyway) that the xbe is not signed correctly, this could be due to the memory card you used (MS, MadCatz and USB sticks seem to work the best) or the how you got the save onto the card (newer versions of AR software will mess up the xbes too)

it could also be a corrupt xbe, get a clean gamesave package from xbins

Perhaps it was a corrupt savegame/exploit, I put a fresh copy on the memory card and it works like it should.

Thanks for the tidbit of info about that.
