No, if you don't have all the points bridged you won't be able to reflash your TSOP.  All the sets of points have to have the connection for it to work properly.

edit:  reading your post over again I dunno if I understood what you're saying right.  You 'soldered one of the points off' what do you mean by that?

see, I mis soldered a point, and cleaned the solder off of it, after I cleaned the point, the point is definately unable to solder.
