I have a 1.0 xbox and I want to flash the config live bios.  The reason I am not making a switch is becasue the "larger hardrive" that I am installing is not lockable....blah, so there is no point in making a switch.  I did a 1.0 tsop with a switch and it turned out nice and dandy.

But I dont want to flash this 1.0 with a 512k bios....I need to "duplicate it" or something to make is 1mb.  Whats the easiest way?  I tried XBtool, but I dont think it supports this latest bios, because it wouldn't let me do a "save as" making it a 1mb.  

There is probably a real obvious answer to this that I am just overlooking.

if you flash with evox or raincaot .7 it will resize it automatically for you
