If you cant see anything on your box to change settings.... you can download "enigmah video switcher" and burn it to a dvd(or cdrw).... pop it in your box( cold boot it if you have autolaunch turned off) and keep hitting the "a" button( i think its "a" anyway) and it should return your box to ntsc.

Wow thanks the "enigmah video switcher" tip. Im gonna try that now,  is their and way or reason this could fuck my xbox up??
