i'm pretty sure your going to need a copy of the game. i found 007 at my local blockbuster. LOL now i brought it

Put a softmod on your hdd.  Boot with the chip off to the softmod and flash away.

i tired that it and it says that flash not writeble....what did i do wrong, i soldered the first points on the 1.2+ mobos on the front by the tsop

What are you using to flash?  You need to use raincoat for a winbond.

If you get one of the gamesave, 007:AUF for example, the gamesave directory will have a default.xbe in it which will load linux and a subfolder for raincoat. Simply copy the contents to an apps dir of your choice and launch it from evox. Then the flashing procedure will be the same.

ok so get the gamesave and place raincoat in there, then put the gamesave in the apps directory to launch it from evox on the softmod?

Yup should work.  Here is that you should have:

/apps/whatever

default.xbe
SaveMeta.xbx <- dont need it when launching from evox
xbgamesave <- or this

/apps/whatever/BOOT

BOOT
KERNEL
RAMDISK

/apps/whatever/raincoat

raincoat.conf
raincoat
bios.bin <- bios of your choosing

Should work - just follow a guide for 007:AUF, telnet in as usual and change the directiory from e/udata/.... to e:/apps/whatever/raincoat.  Then flash as you would normally.

it doesnt seem to be working..it runs raincoat from evox but then gives me an error about no such file.... on the top and i cant go from there

im runnin xbmc as main dash, does that mess it up?

I've never tried running it from xbmc but i have from avalaunch and it worked fine.

What's the EXACT line you're typing in, and what's the EXACT error message?  This'll help us work out what's wrong.

Use chip and softmod using UXE via FTP. Remove chip, solder points and flash away using eurasia or something thats listed as compatable for your set up.
