Yeah, see if you can back up your eprom and have a look at it and make sure its not corupted.

Just to go back a bit, yeah, your right you would only need the correct flash code for your flash type.  Glad to see my tutorial still comes in handy for people!

I know this seems silly, but you have tried a different AV cable haven't you?  Try the simple composite one with the yellow, white and red ends.

I may have found my problem. If so, I feel really stupid.
This all started when I flashed my 1st band of my tsop with a X2 bios. The other 3 banks had a Evox M7 bios. Well I was in a rush and in the past only dealt with Evox bios. I just now realized, I never uploaded any type of x2config.ini file to my C: dir. Anywhere for that matter. I would imagine the Xbox would be able to boot the X2 bios correctly without that file.

Can anyone comment on this?

I was reading in a tut somewhere and it said to use FlashX to flash the Xbox Tsop. When I downloaded it, I noticed it was for designed for the modchip, but I figured it would work fine for the Xbox Tsop since the tut said to use it.

I did manage to find good news. Last night while I was messing with my problem xbox (no audio, no video). I had all the lights in the house off. I had my TV and Xbox on. I noticed the black screen on the TV had a rolling image. You couldn't make anything out, and was barely visible. The image was rolling from right to left very fast, then slows down to a stop, and begins to roll from left to right. Keeps repeating this pattern. Well one time while booting my Xbox, the pattern was slowing down to shift directions. When the image stopped for a few secs to change directions, I noticed my Big "X" Xbox logo you get when you first boot the xbox. You could barely see it, but it was there.

It doesn't really help me at this point, but at least I know the xbox is still  trying to send out the video.

OK, more info to rule out possibilities.
I hooked my xbox up to my TV tuner card in my PC. When using my good (working) xbox, I was able to get a good picture on the monitor. When I connected the bad (non working xbox) to the turner card. I still had no video or audio. The reason I did this, is to check to see if I could get any type of pal signal on my tuner card. I tried these different regions with no luck.

NTSC-M
PAL-BGHIDK
PAL-M
PAL-N
PAL-NCOMBO
SECAM

On all these regions, I had blue screens as if, there was no video detected at all (my TV gave me a black screen, and I could barely make out a picture that was scrolling). I also hooked up my working xbox to my TV and changed the region to pal just to see if it looked the same. When I did this, I could easily make out the  picture in black and white with the screen scrolling not as fast.

So it looks like I may very well be having a eeprom issue, some how do to flashing my Tsop with FlashX

I'm trying to create backup files of my eeprom so I can see if its corrupt, but for the love of god I'm having trouble going through the configmagic menus blindy to create my backups.
Is there another program I can burn to disk and run on my xbox that will create backups of my eeprom on my xbox so I can see if its infact corrupt?

make a cromwell bios with an embedded eeprom. flash, then it should update your system, then reflash it to another bios, if you still have backups of your eeprom, otherwise use one from a working box.

Another question I had. My working V1.1 xbox has some .xip files in the C dir. Example "settings_video.xip". While my non working v1.0 has no .xip at all in the C dir. I'm guessing it's because there two different versions, but I want to verify this. If anyone could check the contents on the C dir of there V1.0 and tell me if they have .xip files. I would appreciate it.

Nevermind about the .xip question. I'm thinking those are from the UIX or THC dash I had.
