Almost 99.99% sure you can only fit a modchip on it (to get it running, but you wont be able to flash it) or take a 29wire mod (to flash the tsop)

I would take a guess at you tsop points broke during the flashing process

they was fine whilst it identified but would say that the conductive paint perhaps wasn't good enough and broke the moment power was applied during the flash process

this is more common I have heard on painted tsop's than soldered tsop points

alas not much you can do - the tsop is erased and now 3 rests is what you are looking at

options:

29 wire homebrew or x-ray if you wanna recover ya tsop
or
fit a lpc mod on there - perhaps one with 2 x 512kb banks if you want to go live - fill 1 with retail and other with hacked bios
or
just any compatible single bank mod if live is no longer an issue and forget about ya poor tsop

soz but never done a revival on a xenium mod - some say it can be done others say it can't coz of it booting from lpc and then will only be able to flash on the lpc
most peeps say if a 1mb bios is fully erased then homebrew is only way to revive it
if a 1mb bios erased only up to 74% then you could boot off the last remaining 256bit of the 1mb and then reflash the whole 1mb - see lord vader's sig about the 3 wire trick on a 1mb bios - though only works on 1mb tsop's - a 256kb tsop is fucked so homebrew is gonna be needed

not the news you wanted to hear I'm afraid

Are you sure its not a winbond tsop chip in your 1.4. because if it is you can not flash it with slayers, it hangs during erasing. My xbox is a 1.4 with a winbond chip and i had this problem. I ended up using the splinter cell exploit with raincoat to flash the tsop chip.

I am quite sure I have flashed also a winbond with slayers 2.6

you can't flash a winbond with slayer - it uses different flash routine than evox/slayer
winbonds HAVE to go through raincoat or eurasia

you may have used a highway tsop save that shows evox to start with but for winbonds you have to launch the eurasia part of it

taken from vaders sig and top marks to davicro for taking the time to post it

the post is here

http://forums.xbox-s...howtopic=266342

but you just need the top pic link to avoid confusion on your 256kb tsop mobo

now underneath the mobo - join the yellow/sky blue & then the red/blue with kynar and your tsop will deffo be flashable

the write protection might be refering to the xenium chip or your tsop

I am fairly sure one of your previously bridge points went pear shape just as it started to erase/flash - it just made contact to identify the tsop chip but went bye-bye when it was flashing etc....

if that is the case then one of your tsop points is no longer connected - so use the kynar/alt points and it deffo will be

then repeat your xenium recovery n lmk how you get on
