Sounds like you flashed it with a bad bios.  If you have a 1.0/1.1 you can try the 3 wire trick, but if that doesnt work, you will need either a 29 wire chip to repair it or any lpc chip to bypass it.

Thankyou I think i'll do the 3 wire trick i bought it april 2003 but surprisingly its 1.1 which is lucky. If its easy it makes me feel more comftable but I might take it into college and have them fix it for me I have screwed with it enough! lol. One more thing once I have flashed it will I have a swtich and be able to use Live! because I am thinking of getting it.

OK I have a few more questions:

If i get XBL will I be able to install a switch to boot back to original BIOS and that will still get me unbanned. I have used a 80GB HDD In my Xbox previously but now switched back to retail and have not changed eeprom (i don't think) so is that safe to go on live. Also is it possible to get rid of the TSOP and just install normal BIOS and make it a unmodded xbox again? If going on live! is too risky I might get a crystal xbox to go with it.

Right I Have the 3 wires on now and its still FRAG is that right? How do I Put the BIOS on because I usually use slayers....help please
