Dang! That's not what I want to hear... Thanks for the warning man. I guess I'll figure out how to use raincoat 0.7 or just get a chip.

So can anybody point me to a tutorial on how to use raincoat 0.7 ?....

xboxhacker2004,
The string that lordvader129 show is different than the string i used.
lordvader129 shows Flash = 0x1f08,"Atmel AT49F002AT",0x40000
and i used Flash = 0x1f07,"Atmel AT49F002A",0x40000

Just trying to see if there is more than one Atmel chip out there.

Thanks.

Whoa... you're right. I wasn't looking carefully. Come to think of it... I used your string. (I thought they were the same, so I didn't bother checking).

All I got to say is "IT WORKS" and THANKS to YOU!!

Pope-X... To fix your TSOP, you need to do a 29-wire mod. I have an Xray3 chip from xraychips.com. I have never used it. It's still new in a bag. If you want it, PM me. I'll let it go for $15.00 shipped.
