Make double sure the points are connected.  If its a 1.2+ you may need to bridge the points on the bottom as well.  Also make sure the points are touching any other component that may short it out.  Your chip may also not be listed in raincoat, check the file (i think its the .conf file) and see if its listed.  Also make sure you are using .07 not .05.

try a different savegame. if your TSOP isn't a winbond the savegame with evox should do fine.
