First Time Ever To Get This Error

I been tsop flashing for a while. This is probably my 60+ xbox to do and i got an error for the first time. I normally do it this way (TSOP Any XBOX with LPC Chip). But today, after transfering the exploits and what not. I'll disable my chip and reboot. When it reboots it gives me an error 13. From my understanding it has to do with some kind of sign for the dash or etc. Why am I getting this?  Please help. Thanks.

I'm crazy. I was copying the wrong folder from my computer (just reformated the comp last week and forgot i moved things around.). Its fixed. Didnt mean to waste space on this wonderful forum
