okay.. we need to know what version you have.. did you use evox to partition the 120 gig drive.. you want the latest bios version on there unless you need to run a older one for some games, patched.. another thing you might want to coincider is maybe incomplete transfers to your newer hard drive.. did you recopy or use flashfxp.. and if you recopied are you using a thompson they sometimes drop files without even tellin you sometimes before they go bad.. and use avalaunch for a dashboard.. way better

flashing with disks.. hmm.. use game save exploits preferably raincoat .7 if it's a v1.2+ and you can use that evox for 1.0-1.1 that's all i use it for including gamesave transfers
