So all you've done is copy the gamesave and solder the two points, then try and load the game save?

yep, I bridged the two differnt point on the top of the board like the tut says.  put it back together start 007 and then I try to load up the 007 save and then I get the screen with the error.

Do u think it could be the solder points?

what kind of memeory card did you use to tranfer the gamesave? error 21 usually means the xbe isnt signed right, which can happen from some cheap memeory cards

found my problem.
I needed to copy the save to the xbox harddrive.
now Im having problems flashing the bios.
when I get to the point where I have to enter "./raincoat -p bios.bin"
it can't find the file.

Im done for tonight but Im sure its a easy fix, I just going to rebuild the save again with raincoat .07 and the bios I want to use.

thanks for trying to help.

It says "cannot find bios.bin" probably because there is no file named bios.bin.  When you're ready to type the "./raincoat -p bios.bin" command, instead, first type ls and then hit enter.  This will list all the files in the directory.  Look to see the name of the bios file (it ends in .bin) and then do the raincoat command as "./raincoat -p filenameofbios.bin" of course replacing 'filenameofbios.bin' with the actual filename you saw when you did the ls command.

not sure what the problem is. Didn't have any of these problem on the first xbox I modded.

If I don't get the raincoat to work is there another 007 save that
I can flash my bios with

also since this is a v1.4 do I have to use a smaller bios file, 256kb or can I use the same multi 1 mb I used before on the v1.1

Ok, call me a complete idiot or something! I have soldered the 29 wire Enigmah chip for my 1.0 a couple years ago, Xecuter2 for a friends box a while back and now attempting this on another 1.4 or 1.5 box... I copied the save game in flashfxp to a modded xbox, I just sent it directly to I: cause that was the memory card in flash...

I load up the unmodded box and goto memory card options and there is the 007 save game but it only gives me the option to delete it. How in the hell do you copy the 007 save game from a memory card to the unmodded box. I am using a MS xbox memory card...

Can I just load the save off the memory card in the game or does it have to be on the harddrive first?

now I did something really stupid.

I finally got evo to load though 007 save and I started messing with some of the option and I unlock the hhd

then I tried to flash the bios and it didn't work and then I had to reset the xbox with the retail hdd still unlock.

now all I get is the error 5 screen

I did select the backup option in eve if that makes a diiference.

Please help

EDIT
btw, you can also use the drive in a PC with WinXP or 2000 and the HDD driver since the drive is already unlocked

btw, this won't work on a soft-modded xbox. Needs to be a tsop flashed mod or chip. If you have neither, then your best bet is the HDD driver and a PC
