Booted Slasher 2.5 Once But Can't Now?

Sounds like a DVD rom read issue. If the bios boots and shows xecuter2 and or can take you to the original ms dash, then everything is fine.

You just have a picky dvdrom drive. Just keep turning the xbox on and off until you can get your xbox to read your cdrw disk. If you can, burn slayers onto a dvdr to make reads easier for your xbox.
