On Startup I Get The MS Screen ?!
« on: March 04, 2004, 09:54:00 AM »

Hi guys!

I've been running evox voor quite a while now on my xbox. But today it started my xbox and it went straight to the MS menu instead of the evox menu. How can I change this back again (a reboot doesn't help). I want to use the evox menu and not the crappy MS one.

I think it's because a game saved something of xbox live on my hdd, and he changed my dashboard. How can I change this bacK?

Hope someone can help me out  :(

It's modded with TSOP flash. It still reads backups. Only thing is that It doesnt boot to the evox menu anymore.

what bios are you running?

what is the .xbe name for your evox?

It sounds like you may have been running evox as xboxdash.xbe and your xbox took a dash update. which would be simple enough to fix. Just re-install evox though a boot disk and make sure your bios loads to evoxdash.xbe first so it doesn't happen again.

That's exactly what I've done. Works again!  :)  :D  :D

Thanx for the info!
