Falshing Tsop With Xbit

is it possible to flash the tsop with the X-Bit mod?If so, HOW?

I don't thinks so. Just have to disable the chip, set the box up as if it had no chip in it (exploits), although keep the mod just make sure it's disabled and the exploits are working. Then flash your chip that way.
