raincoat.conf has all necessary stuff, no need to repeat averytime the same annoyng things, and no need to make confusion with ununderstanded points.
0x0900 means "you are not able to solder neither 2 jumpers!!!"

can you flash any 256k bios on a 1.3 xbox, or does it have to be a bfm one or something?  <

there are no 512k TSOPs, if you have a switch to split yours it will be flashed liek a 1mb (because the chip itself is 1mb)  <

The raincoat.conf file (comes with raincoat 0.7 - see link below) tells you what size each chip is.  40000 = 2Mbit (256K), 100000 = 8Mbit (1024K)  <
