this is what happened. when i was flashing my applex 2 chip with the 256k X2 4977 bios, system hanged during the erase phase (the first phase) so i turned it off (yes dumbass move) now my box reboots twice and LED flashes green and red everytime when i press the power button. what should i do now? please help me out, thanks you very much.

PS - i flashed it using the slayers 2.5 disc.
