Hi I used the dev restore disk from xdk 5849.  So I could get the xdk dashboard. yes stupid very stupid.  Anyway here is my problem.  After the dev restore disk ran i turned off the xbox and turned it back on with a flashing red light and no video.

Steps I have done to fix the problem with no success.

I have a Xecuter2 Pro 2.0 yeah it's old.

I have been getting succefull flashes using the LPT to flash.  the problem is that the only bios I can get to work is the Cromwell bios.  Every other bios I have tried failed with red flashing.  

I tried flashing a debug bios and all I get is the xbox turns on, off, on, off, on with green/red flashing.  I have read all over the fourms on this site I can't figure out what is going on.  I know the dev thing flashes the TSOP and the EEPROM and I have a backup of the EEPROM and I have complex releash of the original bios.  All I want to do is get my box back to the same.   :rolleyes:

Please if anyone out there has any suggestions I would be thankfull.

I have been playing around with flashing all kinds of debug bios onto my x2 pro 2.0.  and I have found a bios that works.

The TATX_Debug_Dual by Team Assembly bios worked and I was able to run xdk launcher.  The rest should be easy.

will that work with v1.4 because i've just done the same thing
the funny thing is mine was a iso file called xdk 5849 installer i picked it up from a ftp with no readme and the last thing i thought was that it would blank my eeprom
