You can boot the tsop flash by putting A18 and A19 to ground and then booting.  If you want to fix it after by ungrounding after you have booted and then reflashing.

As far as discs not being read even after a chip is put in...that I dunno about.

Note the point next to the big orangeish/yellow device is your ground.

or you could just wrap the end of the wire around a screw for groud  wink.gif

Or tape it to the side of the xbox (the metal side mind you)

OR

Make a REALLLLLLLLLY long wire and stick it in the ground!

No, you can't flash the TSOP from an LPC mod without somehow disabling the mod before you try to flash.

I've heard it can be done on older mods (matrix mods, stuff like that) but haven't confirmed it nor have I seen it.  Reports are sketchy on it's success rate as well.

In order to fix this, you will need to attach ground wires to A19 & A18 as stated above. Do not attach them to the oval circled ground. Instead attach them to the side of the case or a screw (doesn't matter as long as its accessible.) Boot the box into evox, and ensure that you have your 1024 bios ready to flash. Once you're ready to flash, cut or disconnect the ground wire. Then flash your 1024 bios of choice to the box.
