4976.02 does not work in 1.4 or 1.5 no focus video encoder support.

I think you'll find that your only choice is a modchip, I'd get a solderless one that supports all versions that way you can reflash take the chip out and keep it for any other little problems you have.

I'm waiting for a bad flash before I finally buy myself one.


Make sure you use 4979 or m7 bios nothing else.

Can't flash a 1meg bios to a 256k flash chip

the 512k bios is for people who want to split their tsop into 2 banks.

Evox will multiply a 256k flash to the right size but raincoat won't.

Although of course he shouldn't have posted those links for obvious reasons.
