If you have Burned or lifted or otherwise dameged your top TSOP points on a ver 1.0 box this might help.

Alt. Top TSOP Points

Now you just need a small pice of wire.

When you done you should test the connection with a multimeter.

awesome info, I've run into this problem before, this might help me get around it.

I think the pic is quite good for a webcam, especially if you know what you're looking at.

so now we have the top of the board figured, does anyone have alternate points for the bottom of the mobo?

As far as i know it only works on a 1.0.

I haven't worked on a 1.1, so I'm not certain, but isn't 1.1 mostly the same as 1.0? at least insofar as all TSOP modding goes?

1. look closely, and all will be revealed. red, clearly labelled as old points. blue, clearly labelled as new points.
2. these are not on the bottom of the mobo. they are on the top.
3. nothing exciting? it's not convulsions of joy material, to be sure, but myself and many other people find the fact that KDragon took the time to post this info very helpful. I've run into this issue, and I'll bet quite a few have, and this info could be helpful for them like it has been for me. it is not helpful for everyone who doesn't particularly need this info to say how little they care about it, or how unexciting it is. Don't be rude, man. That's just...uh, rude.

Anybody knows of an alternative point for the one near the lpc on
a v1.3 board? ( not the one near the tsop, the alt for that is on the underside of the board , am i right??)
