Yes EvoX can flash the onboard TSOP.  Raincoat .51 is a bit more compatible with the newer xbox's but EvoX works on 1.0 and 1.1's flawlessly.

007 evox flashes the 1.2/1.3's with a 256kb ST bios
(or use raincoat 0.3 for ST 1.3's)

Winbond bios has to go through raincoat 0.5
