im trying to flash my v 1.1 TSOP which is a sharp TSOP and i did everthing correct...i only need to know how to configure the evox.ini file...right now it says unknown flash type or something like that...please if anyone knows respond...TIA

First of all, isn't necessary to configure the evox.ini to flash and second, did you connect the extra points for the sharp tsop?

If it says unknown error, that means you didn't connect the jumpers correctly. Make sure you connected the extra points needed for the sharp tsop.

yes i did do eveything correctly because i used the 007 linux exploit to flash the bios (which worked) but i cant seem to use evox to flash the bios...why would raincoat work and not evox? so something has to be configured for evox then right?

Sorry, my bad. You do have to add a line for your tsop if it is not in the ini already.

In order to flash the tsop i connected the extra wire and the bottom jumper. Then left the top jumper open and when I got linux to boot from the save file it closed the TOP jumper and it flashed fine. That is how you solve this problem...
