Just to help others who doesn't know how to unpack the files

Using Winzip to unpack the files.

Copy free-X Base64 Encoded post from UEs to ==== chars, or copy from the quote below. Open Notepad and paste everything. Save the file, giving it an extension of UUE (e.g., mech.uue). Winzip should automatically recognize the file, if not, run Winzip and open the file. Winzip will display one file with the name UNKNOWN.001. Unzip this file and once extracted, rename the extension to zip (e.g., unknown.zip). Extract the resulting file with Winzip. It should yield 3 files in two folders.

It just seem to stand there without doing anything. The front LED turns orange though, but aside from that, nadda, nothing. No 'footsteps' sound or whatever. Maybe it needs resigning using a key specific to MA?

nice but come on expolite halo or splintercell something i own. mech assalt is a nice game online  but without xbox live it suckes. so i dont own it was cool to rent thow.

whats not real abought that. its always a game noone ownez. only people with xbox live own mech assalt. i got a frend with a modded xbox all i would need is a memery unit  to send the save over if a expolite for splintercell/halo game out. and with the new sighing trick a modchip is totaly useless. the only use for a chip now is for backups. being i dont do that i chip is a wast of money. oh and maybe a larger hd but 4 gigs is plenty for xbmp evox and other homebrew stuff.

whatever bro its simply a fact that i dont have xbox live so i never bought mech asalt. i never bought agent under fire couse nightfire was better. its not that i happon not to own its couse its a game i wouldent buy. your right abought school couse you defently need to go back if you cant understand that.

to make it even better for you to understand i have abought 6 frends with xboxes and you knoe how many own those 2 games 0. we all own halo and 4 of em including myself have splintercell. the other 2 just broowed mine untill they beat it lol.

I agree with Luther, it would be nice if someone could figure out an exploit for Halo or some other game that everyone owns like Jet Set Radio.  That said, I guess MechAssault is an improvement over 007.

Because the way games are saved that allow this to happen. only certain games can be used to do this method. not all games can be exploted like this. not all games are the same. nor are the ways they are saving to the harddrive.
