Did the same thing, I was screwed. had to leave the matrix in to get it to work. Didin't have any luck with the matrix flash TSOP bios trick. When it shows flashing at 25%, I think all of them do this. It did,t write anything.

Ok
Theres a couple of ways you could fix this.
1) Install a homebrew chip, and flash the tsop by cutting the wires off the homebrew
OR
2) If it was NOT a dual bios that you flashed, you should be able to ground a18 and a19, which should use the first 256k of your tsop, and should boot fine, and then flash the bios properly

If the A15 was connected. The full TSOP was damaged if he used the EVOX flashing. If he used raincoat, it should work by gound the A19 or A20.

Use a LPC modchip to reflash a complete wrong TSOP was a challenge by now. I didn¡¯t see any solution. Matrix can not do the job.

if the first 25% flashed ground both a18 and a19 at the same time and it should boot.i'm not sure but theoretically it should

No, even the 25% finished, but the image will flash to the wrong address if the A15 was
grounded. Only half image in the 256K room.

I just tried them both(18 and 19) at the same time with no luck. what are my options as far as using a Matrix chip? Thanx, -Mathew
