Xbox Tsop Flash Crashes!
« on: June 01, 2003, 09:01:00 PM »

The question is, what and how did you flash it. Did the last flash finished fine ?
Did you flash multibios in your tsop ? If so, what combination ?
Did you tried using D6 to flash your bios ? I guess it was a 1Mb bios (as you already had your tsop flashed) so you need to know what kind of bios or combination did you flash.

D6 will not work in combination with other bioses so if you're not bridging A18 and A19 you'll want to flash D6+D6+D6+D6 and you should be ok.
If your last flash finished fine, then you hopefuly have a good bios in some parts of your tsop.
As for now, to make your xbox to boot again, you might need to bridge A19 to VCC or A19 to GND (depending on whih part of the tsop was flashed right).
This will force the tsop to read the first half or the second half.
If this doesn't work, you might want to try to bridge A18 and A19 to GND and force it to read the 1st quarter of the TSOP...

Once you boot again, flash your bios accordingly.
If none of these helps, then you might need to try with a modchip to reflash your bios.

Hope this helps.
ps: for additional information on the necessary combinations to switch each tsop quarter, refer to http://www.xbox-scen...tibios-tsop.php
