Normally yes, you would get banned unless you have a multi-bios installed and a switch to changed back to the normal xbox bios.

You have to install a switch to switch between the bioses

Make a multi-bios like this, [orig][orig][evox2.6][evox2.6] and install a switch from a19 to ground as shown in the multi-bios tutorials on this website.  *Do not use EvoxD6 to make a multi-bios* There are problems when using D6 when making multi-bios.
