ummmmm its possible to back up the orignal bios.. you just need to be a smart hackers like evox or something hehe... if you wont a backup bios download it xbin.org... make sure you get right version.

Well heres the deal.

Yes you can get an original bios.
and flash it AGAIN and it would be back to original state.. not liking any new hard drive you install unless it is locked.. basically making f: useless if booted from original bios.

HOWEVER.. as stated many many many many times on this site..

IF you screw up or if the MACHINE screws up or ANYTHING during the flash process of the TSOP
you are screwed no matter what.  you CANNOT just reflash it to original.. you MUST use the matrix chip from then on and use any bios you want.  

anyway hope that helps.. yes it is possible to revert back to normal.. but not if the process was unsucessful while it was flashing or erasing the TSOP.

also you must back up the bios only AFTER you boot to evox dash AFTER using the wire enable/disable boot trick. if you do it before, you're backing up the matrix, not the TSOP.

for a TOTALLY safe bet, back ip up, copy the file to the pc and run bioschecker to make sure it says Genuine 4XXX or whatever your version is.
