If i remove the wire from the d0 point it boots! could it be somthing with the d0?? in that case, whats my options?? soo confused right now..

taking the d0 connection out and taking the chip off is the same thing. that is just keeping information from going through the chip.

the chip goes on the 12 farthest pins from the screw with the "X" in Xenium towards the back of the xbox.

check all connections (d0, LPC) and try a recovery.

also get the "Iceguide" from my sig.

Doesnt help swiching to recovery mode. same result

switching to recover does nothing unless you have the files to give it to recover from. since you cant get to the OS you will have to try a recovery from a disc. get the ISO and burn to a dvd or whatever works with your xbox. not a CD though. put in your xbox and shut it down. put the chip in recovery mode and boot up with disc in.

did you see a "got from disc" or something similar?? if you didnt it didnt work. try again and make sure your media is readable for the xbox. try it agian if it still does not show that screen, i would exchange.

to see if your chip is fried you will have to try it in a xbox that you know works when modded. theres a good possibility that your chip if fried since you put it on wrong 3 times in a row.
