Drive Replacement Problems.
« on: December 17, 2006, 11:54:00 AM »

My Specs:
XBox Version 1.1
Xenium Ice Version 2.3.0
I tried to upgrade the Xenium OS to 2.3.1 but I didnt have luck doing that...

I have a complete backup of all data from all drive letters so I dont care about lost data.

I am trying to change out my hard drive in my XBox.
I got a Seagate 400gig Ultra ATA/100 Drive.
PN: ST3400632A-RK

When I connect the drive and set it up for slave (remote jumper) the Xenium OS does not boot.
When I change it to "cable select" it boots.

However, when I use the drive upgrade wizard, it gives me an error.
I Can't remember the exact error...

Now since I tried to run the wizard on the new drive, I cannot connect to the Xenium OS through a web browser.

When I look in drive tools, I can see the drive letters but it cannot format them.

Where do I go from here guys?
