Error 16, Xenium Gold Sp, And New Hd

I had my xbox softmodded for a long time.  I was trying to add/delete some files via ftp recently, and must've deleted something important.  My xbox would reboot, but there was no video output to the tv.  So, I bought a Xenium Gold SP and installed it.  Still no video output.  I bought a seagate 120GB hd, used hdprepare to prepare the drive, and then installed the hd in the xbox.  I get video this time, but it gives me an error 16.  I'm fully aware of what the error code means, but is there any way I can fix this with my new hard drive?  Any files that I can add to it or something?  Any help is greatly appreciated.

you are most likely going to need a fresh MS dash. extract from slayers and FTP over. unless you have a backup of your MS dash.
