Help With Solderless Adapter On A V1.4 Or V 1.5

I am trying to install a new chip in by xbox (a xenium) but all I get is a red led and the MS dash.  

I have been looking around the forums for an answer and all I could find were tips to check the d0 and LPC points.  From what I can see, all the connections are there, I'm just worried that they don't work.

Can anyone please let me know how to test these? Or is there another d0 spot on the top of the board?

even though the DO looks ok you still need to take it out and re-connect it. also check for burnt or lifted traces.
