im getting the xenium gold in a week and i was wondering if there is an install manual to use or if there is a chip pretty much the same thing as it and i can use that install manual. (1.6 Xbox)

edit: sorry guys i used the search button b4 and didnt find it but i found the right post now. (im a little slow)

Just want to clarify before I install this.  I have v.1.6.  

if you have a 1.6 then you will need the curved white piece (SP adaptor) that sits on top of the black base. the "Spice Guide" is the exact same as the "Ice Guide" (prior to SP) it just includes the installation of the SP adaptor.

go there, click xbox, hard wired or solderless (depending on wich version you got), click on the xenium gold, scroll towards the bottom of the page, below the features list there should be a link to the installation manual, and it opens with adobe reader (it may take a few seconds). It is fairly detailed. some of the sections hidden and can only be accessed if you bought your mod chip from them. But you still get a good idea of how to install it.

the install for the xenium gold is exactly the same as the Ice...You can just use the ice guide to help you through the install process for your Gold
