Flashing Banks On Larger Hdd With F&g Partitions

i've got a slight problem with the Xenium OS 2.3.1 and flashing banks on a 320GB hard drive. the previous hard drive was a 120 GB hard drive and it was flashed with xecuter .06 bios' and it's banks were used sucessfully with multiple bios'. with a 320GB hard drive, i know that it has be flashed with a .67 bios to recognize partition F up to 137GB and the rest on G. my question is why doesn't the OS recognize any of the partitions on either drive when i go to flash the bios sitting on the hdd? i would like to flash other banks but can't cause it doesn't seem to find them? am i looking in the wrong folder? or is this a weakness of having a larger hard drive with two partitions? anyone have any clues?

use the X2 5035 bios and edit it with X config maker, x2ool etc.
