Ok, so i have a Xenium Blue chip, I tried to upgrade the bios from 2.2.1 to 2.3.1 and failed. Now it gets a green led on the front but there is no video (I already tried the "no video" FAQ).
When I slide the safe mode button on the chip, it goes into safe mode recovery, this is a good thing right?]
My question is what am I doing wrong? I used the latest OS, 2.3.1 from the usual places. I used the recovery.bin file from the hdd iso directory.... XOS2.3.1_HDD\XOS2.3.1_HDD\Recovery I burned it to a DVD using nero. Used the step by step (no Joliet etc.) It says "Got from CD" after I boot with the dvd in. Right as the message comes up it goes FRAG on me. Reboot with the chip switch set back and get a green light, no video. Is this the right bin file? Is there something else I need to do here?
