make sure u have the FTP server set-up on the chip and set-up ur PC to connect to it. also make sure u have passive mode deselected in the FlashFXP. and make sure u are using a crossover cable AKA a patch cable. xbox IP = 192.168.03, have ur computer connect to 192.168.0.2.
