will the drive still eject its tray?

"turns the normal green like its working"......Is it the modchips' LED that turns green or Xboxs front LED?

If you're talking about your chips LED, what colour is the Xboxs front LED?  



The Iceguide has a troublshooting section in the back of it. In the downtime between replies to your post you  might like to read up on the different error scenerios and see which/if one applies to your situation then let us know.
