Multifunction Led Module
« on: March 08, 2006, 08:05:00 PM »

I have a Xenium SpIce chip that is working perfectly on a 1.6 box. I was thinking of installing the multifunction LED module but none of the instructions say what to do with the black lead. I assume this is a ground. Is there a good place to screw this too? The ring termial end seems designed to screw to something. Any suggestions?
Thanks

Under the screw by LPC smile.gif

(Yes it's ground.. no, it isn't really needed for just one LED.. if you don't use it, tape it off so it doesn't short)

Perfect, thanks. I figured such but everything is working so well I didn't want to screw it up. Thanks for the headset and comunicator. Any chance you are going to get any LCD screens for the SpIce chip?

The skryer project seems to have been pretty much ditched.. your best bet for an LCD with the Xenium is to get an spi2par (http://spi2par.info/) and a standard HD4488 controlled parallel LCD.
