How To Get A Xenium Ice Replaced Under Warranty?

I don't think the xenium chips carry any sort of warrantly other than the reseller's own (usually 30 day). And I wouldn't expect any reseller to replace a chip that was bought 8 months ago either.. You sure the chip is dead though? Have you tried flipping the recovery switch and booting to recovery mode?

yea i havent got any luck but the only thing i get is having to buy a new one but yea i can confirm the chip is bad i tried to recover but thats a no-go
